At the 20th Anniversary Celebration of the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) held on June 23, 2025, Navisoft was honored by HNX as a distinguished organization for its significant contributions to the development of HNX and Vietnam’s securities markets over the past two decades.

Over its 20-year journey, from its predecessor Hanoi Securities Trading Center (HASTC) to becoming the Hanoi Stock Exchange today, HNX has successfully built and operated a diversified, transparent, and stable securities market system on a modern technological foundation. Throughout this journey, Navisoft has been one of the technology partners working closely with HNX in the design, implementation, and operation of core IT systems supporting market operations.

From the early deployment of state-owned enterprise equitization auctions, the development of the listed equity market, UPCoM, government bond market, to derivatives trading and the corporate private placement bond market, Navisoft’s technology solutions have played an important role in ensuring system stability, security, scalability, and continuous operation, meeting the increasingly stringent requirements of a rapidly expanding and complex securities market.

To date, HNX-operated markets have achieved remarkable milestones, including hundreds of listed companies, nearly 900 companies trading on UPCoM, government bond issuance reaching trillions of VND to support the state budget, and a derivatives market attracting over two million investor accounts. These achievements are closely associated with HNX’s continuous efforts to master core technologies and modernize its systems, with Navisoft’s long-term and dedicated contributions being an integral part of this success.

Representatives of Navisoft shared that this honor is a great source of pride for the entire Navisoft team, and at the same time serves as a strong motivation for the company to continue investing in research and development of advanced technology solutions, contributing more actively to the digital transformation and modernization of Vietnam’s financial and securities market infrastructure in the years ahead.
