
On March 23, 2026, in Hanoi, within the framework of the Vietnam-UK Summit on the International Finance Centre (IFC), Navisoft officially signed a Letter of Interest (LOI) with GMEX Group – one of the world’s leading companies in financial market infrastructure and exchange technology.

Businesses from both countries have signed numerous memoranda of understanding for cooperation in the areas of market infrastructure, financial technology, trading systems, and clearing and settlement.
Through this agreement, the two parties agreed on a direction for cooperation in key areas such as developing commodity and derivatives trading infrastructure in Vietnam, researching new market models such as ESG and digital assets, etc., in line with Vietnam’s orientation and legal framework.
The collaboration between Navisoft and GMEX is built on a foundation that combines GMEX’s international experience and advanced technology with Navisoft’s implementation capabilities, market understanding, and ecosystem connections in Vietnam. Through this partnership, Navisoft acts as a strategic local partner, contributing to the realization of modern financial market models suited to the Vietnamese context.
